If on the other hand the same fault is present at your friends house but the friend’s box works OK at your house then you have a problem with the receiver. If it works perfectly there then problem is with dish,alignment,cables, or connections. Normal way to try your receiver on another dish and vice versa is to remove your receiver from your home and take it to a friends house who also watches Sky or freesat TV. ![]() ![]() Do you think there is a possibility it might not have been fitted correctly? Although, as I said95% of my channels are perfectit’s just this very slight ‘audio blip’ on BBC channels that’s the problem. I did recently have a new LNB fitted, which cost almost £100. ![]() Please bear with meyou are clearly extremely clued up on this subject, whereas my knowledge of satellite dishes can be written on a postage stamp!!! Where would I get another dish to try?Īnd I wouldn’t even know which part of this is the receiverlet alone know how to remove it and attach it to another dish.
